3. How to recover OSVPN Subscription ID?
Visit the Account Recovery Page, enter your transaction ID, complete captcha, and get your Subscription ID via popup.
4. Subscription not activated but payment is completed?
If you paid via BTC, activation occurs after 3 blockchain confirmations. It’s automatic once verified.
5. OSVPN application is not working?
  • Ensure full installation including OpenVPN and TAP drivers.
  • Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable matching your system architecture.
  • This issue is common on Windows 7, VMs, and Windows Server environments.
6. Can I use OSVPN with the OpenVPN client?
Yes, download OpenVPN configuration files for your desired server (TCP or UDP) and import into your OpenVPN client.
7. What’s the difference between VPN and RDP?
A VPN provides secure network tunneling for anonymity and traffic encryption, while RDP gives remote access to a desktop system. VPN is ideal for browsing and privacy; RDP is for accessing a full system remotely.
8. Can I use port forwarding with your VPN?
Yes. All OSVPN accounts come with port forwarding enabled. You can use the Port Forwarding via Dashboard & OSVPN Application as well.

10. Which payment methods do you support?
We currently accept PayPal and Cryptocurrency. We're working on adding support for Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe) and UPI/Paytm for Indian users soon.

Please visit the Recover Page using your transaction ID. Credentials are shown instantly. If not, contact support.
