Question 1

How do I install OSVPN?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Apps page. On 64-bit Windows install the new OSVPN app; on older or 32-bit Windows use the classic installer listed there. Sign in with your website account. The video above walks through the classic installer.

Question 2

How do I connect and use port forwarding?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to the app, pick a server and click Connect. Port forwarding is included on every VPN plan: open ports from the client area or the app on servers marked for port forwarding on the Servers page.

Question 3

Which VPN protocols do you support?

Accepted Answer

OSVPN supports OpenVPN and WireGuard.

Question 4

Where are your VPN servers?

Accepted Answer

See the Servers page for the live list of locations, with each server’s online status and whether it supports port forwarding.

Question 5

Can I use a third-party OpenVPN or WireGuard client?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With an active VPN plan, open the client area → VPN → Configs and download an OpenVPN (.ovpn) or WireGuard file, then import it into any compatible client.

Question 6

The OSVPN app is not working

Accepted Answer

New OSVPN app: reinstall it from the Apps page, and open a ticket if it still fails. Classic app: confirm the OpenVPN and TAP drivers installed correctly; on Windows 7, virtual machines and Windows Server also install the matching Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (32-bit or 64-bit).

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept PayPal and cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. You can register for free and pay when you are ready. No tax is added to our prices.

Question 8

I paid but my plan or VPN credentials are not active yet

Accepted Answer

PayPal payments usually activate right away. Crypto payments via Cryptomus activate once the network confirms the transaction. Still pending? Open a ticket from your account or message Telegram @osvpn with your payment or transaction ID.

Question 9

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or prorated credit. You can try the service with the $1 one-day plan before buying a longer plan.

Question 10

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Plans do not renew automatically. Your service runs until the end of the paid period and then stops, with no further charge. To keep it, renew from Billing before it expires.

Question 11

I forgot my login, or I used the classic app

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your username or email. If you used the classic Windows app, choose Migrate your account on the sign-in page and enter your classic-app username.

Question 12

Where can I get live support?

Accepted Answer

Telegram @osvpn and Discord (discord.gg/dDuZ3jX) — 24/7 for setup, billing, and troubleshooting. Or use the Contact page.

Question 13

My account is frozen for Spamhaus — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to the client area. You will see a Spamhaus alert with the listed server and port. Click Pay to unfreeze: a one-time unfreeze fee invoice is created, and your VPN reconnects as soon as the payment confirms. Port forwarding on the listed server stays off until staff review.
