How do I connect and use port forwarding?

Launch the app, sign in, select a server, and click Connect. Open ports from the Dashboard or the OSVPN Application — included on every VPN plan.

How do I recover my Subscription ID?

Use Account Recovery with your transaction ID and captcha. Your Subscription ID will be shown. If you need help, message Telegram @osvpn.

Payment completed but subscription not activated?

Accepted Answer

Bitcoin activates after about 3 network confirmations. Card and PayPal usually activate immediately. If it is still pending, contact support on Telegram or Discord with your transaction ID.

The OSVPN app is not working

Confirm OpenVPN and TAP drivers installed correctly. On Windows 7, VMs, and Windows Server, also install the matching Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (32-bit or 64-bit).

Sign in to the client area. You will see a Spamhaus alert with the listed server/port. Pay the unfreeze fee there — VPN reconnects after payment confirms. Port forwarding on the listed node stays off until staff review.
